US (continental) ORDERS ONLY! Sorry, but we cannot ship outside the 48 continental United States. Also, we only accept US-based credit cards.
Bulbs may be ordered at any time during the year. Shipping of bulbs takes place in the fall.
Any orders which contain bulbs will be shipped in the fall. If you want planters, gloves, fertilizer etc. to be shipped sooner than your bulbs, you must order them in a seperate order from the bulbs.
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL, our choice.
Bulk bulbs are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

SHIPPING SPEED:
Orders typically go out within 48 hours on business days.
Distance is the greatest determinant of shipping times once orders leave our location. Areas closest to Michigan typically get their orders delivered within 2-3 days of shipment. California is a 4-5 day journey.
Want a variety that's not listed on our site? We can do custom orders in lots of 100 tulips/variety. For best availability of hard-to-find varieties, order custom lots before July 10th. Returns:
Our bulbs are guaranteed to grow, when planted according to the instructions, in a suitable location, and planted in a timely manner. If they don't come up during the growing season after proper planting (as described in the previous sentence), we will refund your money or reship your order (1 time).

The bulbs are growing in Holland, the Netherlands, until fall. So, we cannot ship any bulbs at unseasonable times like spring or summer!
